Coorg Curry Masala is made from a special recipe which is Coorg’s very own. A constant in almost all households here for many generations, it is used in a variety of local non-vegetarian and vegetarian dishes. Combined with Ainmane’s Kachumpuli, it makes for a taste both unique and exceptional. And it has a good shelf life when stored airtight.
