Beekeepers use specially designed wooden boxes(Potti) for Cerena Bees to store Honey in. From December to May, most of the shrubs, plants and trees bloom and the Cerena Bees collect honey and store in the boxes. From January, our beekeepers harvest honey from the wooden boxes every 15 to 25 days depending upon the flowering. At the end of May, beekeepers harvest the last honey from the boxes and take away the empty honey combs and convert them into bee wax. At this time Ainmane collects honey combs with the Raw Honey and packs it.
